flat battery again !!!

Flat battery -replaced alternator 3 weeks ago battery had been tested was ok . One week later battery flat again replaced alternator again as presumed faulty . This morning battery flat again . Ats who supplied new battery 6 months ago tested battery again ok but only 12.6 v from alternator. Any ideas whats causing the problem? I am now discounting the fault is with alternator and would appreciate any pointers /comments . Thanks
 
The alternator output should be 14v+ shouldn't it?
Did you fully charge the battery before using it?
Have you investigated for any electrical leaks or looked to see how much power is drawn when the car is locked and parked?

How cold is it where your car is parked?

Yes the alternator should be pushing out over 14v. Sounds like you might have bought a dud, it happens.
