Sorry to hear but respect your decision.

Have you considered putting a desperate ad for a FSI HPFP in Wanted in the Marketplace on here? Going rate is about £120 to buy, you never know somebody may be able to lend you one to confirm the HPFP is at fault.

Notwithstanding you must not proceed here with the sale of the your car or the thread will be probably closed. You must construct a sale ad with price and post it in Market>Cars.

I will close this thread now, so that it doesn't become a sale advert. @Jeremy, you currently don't have Market access on your account, so to place an advert correctly you will need to upgrade your account. Click on your username in the black menu bar, select Account Upgrades, there's only the one. You will go through a £2 one-time payment via PayPal, after which you will be able to access the Market via the link on the menu bar.

The format and content of your advert is up to you, but plenty of description and good photos always help. The Market rules do require that you state a price for the car in your advert - just "offers" is not sufficient, although adding "or near offer" to a target price is fine. You should engage with any interested parties and try to reach a deal with them, in the order in which their interest is expressed on your advert thread, and ignoring any interest expressed solely via PM.
