I have had my Audi A2 since August 2006 because I needed something more reliable on the motorway as I drive from Newbury to Leicester quite frequently. Really pleased with the car but some of the maintenance costs are sometimes a bit scary, especially for a 21 year old university student !!!
Anyways did quite a bit of motorway last weekend and was extremely pleased with the mileage I have gotten with my 1.4 petrol. At this precise moment it shows that I have done 365 miles ish and its just touching the Red line, the petrol warning will most likely beep today on my way home from work. I reckon if I drive carefully I could reach 400 miles, but I wont risk it !! . As my tank is the old 34 litre capacity I work that out as approx. 52mpg. I can't wait until the summer, that should improve in the warmer weather !!!
