Fuelly

the grim reeper

A2OC Donor
Hi noticed this on the bottom of Riverlad's post thought i would join up to keep a check of my mpg's. noticed a few other members on there but only 3 has put they have an A2. Who else is using this site to check their mpg's ???

http://Fuelly.com

Cheers Phil

This would be interesting to be able to compare easily what mpg's members are getting.

I get poor mpg as I do lots of short trips.

David

I have signed up to it and added you as a friend! but i havent needed to fill up with fuel yet so i will see how it goes

Chris

Yes i signed up and have only just done a fill up tonight so just got to add that on, put my ped on aswell just to see how thats doing on the short trip to work

I'm like you as well David when its clod and icy i have to use the car as i don't like going on the ped, so i have to use the car but its only 3 miles away so its only just getting warm and in the winter with the Webasto going it reduces my mpg's even more

It will be good to keep an eye on it through out the year, i've always tended to check but never kept a record so this will be good

Phil

Have signed up but don't know how to add it to my profile on here though

This is how you do it.

From your Fuelly Profile go to the Vehicle Profile

Down the bottom left you will see your Fuelly Badge, click on it You will see in the banner image boxes with*some code,in that code will be the digit number (squirriles is 20869)

Paste the following code [fuelly=uk]00000[/fuelly] into your*FF signature (where 00000 is your vehicle's code number)

Use 'fuellys' rather than 'fuelly' in the above code if you want the small banner

David

No worries;)

If you click on you user CP On top left. This will open Up your control panel.

On the 3rd section down under "Settings and options" you will see edit signature. Click on this.

A edit signature box will come up. Paste your text into the box and press Save signature at the bottom. simples

David

I signed up recently too.

It seems oddly reluctant to list the other A2 drivers, you have to click the 'show all' link.

Remember to put www.a2oc.net as the website on your profile :)

The Fuelly icon looks nice but I'm still sticking with Spritmonitor (haven't updated for quite a while sadly) , where there are lots of A2 to compare against.

David I can't get mine to show up on here. I followed your steps mate????

Cheers

Mark

Once you have refueled it and entered the data, follow the little golden shield icon from under your tanks list, and it'll show you the signature link required. I don't think you can do it before then.

If you remove the spaces from above (near the ] and [ symbols) then paste that into your signature

[fuelly=uk]65735[/fuelly]
The forum's fuelly macro doesn't seem to work, but if you use the long version above it is OK

Hi mate, Think I will give it up as a bad job????? Must be doing something wrong. It just doesn't look right with a website above it and URL at the end of it

Regards
