Fuse box cover

I assume there is supposed to be a cover on the fusebox?
Also could anyone pinpoint the position that extra wire goes to and what it would be likely to power? There is an aftermarket Pioneer stereo (soon to be removed) in place, could that be it?

Yep would say that is for the Pioneer. Lets hope they used adapters on the wiring loom for the stereo and not chopped up the wires and yes the fuse box should have a cover.

That's my fear, they've cut all the original ends and cobbled in the Pioneer plugs, will get in there to look later.
I was hoping to a Chorus back in.
