I'm just clearing out all my FSI spares in preparation to the move to two TDI's...
One spare I have sat in the garage is a spare gearbox that was thrown in with an FSI engine I bought. I didn't look closely at it when it was given to me, but it has the FSI weight on the gear selector tower, so i assume it was used in the FSI. Anyway it is a GX2 021301103K gearbox.
Anyone used this combination? Just out of interest that it might be another option for FSI folks. Not sure if it is suitable - it seems to be for 1.2 and 1.4 engine cars...
