Headrests - front and rear

Stupid question but I am halfway through a seat swap and have removed all of the headrests. I now realise they are different sizes with different length legs. Do the smaller, short legged headrest go on the front seats or rears?

Just checked for you. Long goes front the short at the rear.

The front headrests are physically bigger than the rear ones to allow better vision in the rear view mirror.

Been pouring over my new car recently and had a rear headrest question.. what's the deal with these solid headrests? (It's both rears) Is this just replacement headrests in the back - it seems every other A2 I now see has the 'square cut outs' front and rear. Not really causing me any kind of issue, just curious.

They are definitely not from an A2. I could probably get my hands on a pair of swing grey rear headrests to replace them with!
