Heated seat sensors

Hi all,
Does anyone know the correct resistance value for the NTC thermistor in a genuine heated seat? I've heard many things such as 6.8kOhm and 5kOhm, but does anyone have the actual value that they know is correct?
Thanks,

Adam

Evening Adam,

I really don’t know the answer to your question, if you’re able to explain how to check them I will pop outside with the Fluke and see what it shows.

Project OEM has factory heated seats so guess it has the answer in there. Just need to know which pins to test/measure this for you.

Kind regards,

Tom

Thank you Tom, I'd appreciate that, do exactly as other Tom says above, I'm expecting it to be within 5-10kOhms, however it may also have a resistor in the circuit which will throw a spanner in the works.
Thanks

I’m looking forward to the answer to this. I have a non-functional passenger heated seat.

It was that way when I bought them and I love my wife but haven’t fixed it yet...

So she’ll thank you if this produces an answer.
