Help please - Pressure in coolant when cold

Ahh blimey think I remember it now was that the stray nut/bolt which took out the turbo?
Did the coolant loss get worse at all?
Morning, no just time was up for the turbo it just started making the siren of death. Worn out.
The coolant loss stayed fairly steady. The trouble was the level dropped then when you undid the capto refill a bit, it popped and blew out a cup full all over the wing! It didn't loose much it just got.compressed and then blew out when opening up. All the pipes went turgid so that would have been the issue eventually a load of blown pipes.

Yeah I imagine the hoses would be the first casualty!
Would be interesting to see if any bore wash including inlet manifold and glow plugs has taken place as its possible its acted like a steam cleaner and cleaned the internals which also makes you wonder if that is the case has the water vapour in turn had a negative effect on the turbo?
