Help with prams?

New to this forum and wondered if any body can give me help choosing a pram to fit in my A2 boot? Any help would be great! Thanks:)

Hi WEZDID,

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend specific models, but I would suggest that you purchase one that folds as compactly as possible.

Whilst the boot is a very good size without the space saver spare and the false floor; if you have both fitted, then you may find that you will need to split fold one of the rear seats to accommodate the pushchair - I know I do; (this is of course is assuming that you don't have the bench seat fitted or require full occupation of the rear).

Most good retailers will probably let you 'try before you buy' - just explain what you want and the concerns that you have.

Hope this helps somewhat...

Cheers,

Darren

Hi
I havent had this problem ( little boy is 4 now) but is one that i have thought off for the future. Have you thought about a quinny these are compact and fold with one hand. The other option could be a maclaren techno stroller.

Hope this helps

I have a M&P travel system and it is fine for the A2 with the false floor folded toward the rear of the boot!

Depends on Kiddy age - I dont use a full pram but buggies now and the Quinny Zapp is great - you can get 2 in the A2 boot next to each other.

I have one of these for sale also in Red.

I have just fitted the Mother Care urban detour in, after taking the wheels off.....may have fitted without the wheels being removed. Bearing in mind the urban detour is the full travel system that adapts, for differenet age groups, this could be a good choice:)

Phil&Teds, a wonderful buggy that is extremely versitle and should fit no problem in the a2, we just bought one and have fell in love with it!

Can thoroughly recommend the Silver Cross 3D fits in really well and is a pram and pushchair in one! There isn't huge amounts of space left but you can pack around it with a little trial and error.

I can recommend the Jane Matrix travel system. We bought ours specifically to fit neatly in the boot of the A2 without occupying all the space. It's a good choice - check it out.
