Help!

I want to remove my double din air con panel but I’m stuck as it doesn’t want to move at all, I’ve done single din a/c before no issues, this has me flummoxed
I’ve tried pulling quite hard but no joy!

If there a special way of removing the a/c od

Have you taken your double din radio out first? Once that is out you can get your hands behind the climate unit to push it out. Tight but do come out.

Yep it’s out just can’t seem to get enough force on the back of the unit!

Cuppa time so will have another go in a bit
 
Does it have heated seats? If not that part of the panel is quite strong and as long as you are careful can be pushed from the rear. Just don't go too far as that will jam it also, alternate sides until it frees off.
 
Take everything out above and below is great advice, that is the way I did it. Then I found where the top two spring clips on the climate panel are and pushed each one in turn with a small thin screwdriver. Remember to put a spot of 3 on the shaft of the screwdriver once you have the spring clip depressed and watch the bead of oil get delivered to where you require it. You could just blast spray on the spring clip. Now rock each side back and fourth to work the oil in. Your ready to remove the unit as Audifan explained above.
Once removed clean the oil up with a rag. Job done. ?
