As a regular contributor to Honest John's motoring forum I was so pleased that their most acclaimed moderator SLO chose the A2 Tdi as an icon in the diesel world.
He was sadly looking back at the golden years of the diesel era , when EU rules did not over complicate thecar. He also praised the design, being light years ahead and agreed that it would be a future classic but not if owners of tatty 200 k examples tried to sell them for silly money.
