How deep would you dare wade in your A2?

On one of my driving lessons I had to float across water from a burst pipe. Quite a strange sensation, basically piloting a Fiesta for what felt like an eternity. In my old Astra Coupe, the air intake was at the top of the grille, so standing water at kerb height wasn't an issue. I wouldn't enter water with my A4 as it has a front mounted intercooler on each side next to the fog lamps.

Good to know beforehand that the A2 isn't suitable for it, either.

Not that deep, but unsettling not being able to see the other side.
 
I'd be worried for the electrics in the passenger footwell there's only a couple of plastic disks stopping full ingress of H2O. Not brilliant really.
