How do you change the number plate?

I've re-registered the Pink Panzer to Northern Ireland and got 2 nice new shiny plates. The rear plate is a plastic screw and nut, does anyone know how to access the rear of the plate; boot trim off?

Pics would be great!

just undo the plastic screws the nuts are set in to boot so you dont need to get to the nuts the front is the same

I replaced one of the rear plastic number plate screws which had sheared off. Luckily there was just enough of the screw protruding to cut a slot in and use a screwdriver. Not sure if it is a fault with the plastic screws but they were very tight to screw in, even after cleaning the threads out with a tap and applying a little teflon grease.
As the other guys have said, there are definitely no nuts on the back of the panel
