How Many Miles?

My march 03 A2 TDi Sport is well up there with 113,800 is on the clock so far, what is the record for and A2 Diesel?

Have any of you had milages related problems, blown engines etc. and if so at what milage?

sweet as a nut (tempting fate) I'm wondering when the clutch/exhaust will pack in?
mine are 90% motorway miles, even the seats only look like they've done 20,000.


I'm sure someone on the forum has a 166k A2.

I think Maddox has over 170,000 miles recorded. Could have the wrong member/name though.
 
mine is fast approaching 171k.going well.only real problem was overheating.now resolved.it running sweetly again now.only slight problem is spring donging noise on lock to lock at low speed caused by dry spring tops i believe,but not really a problem.by the way mine is a 1.4 t dise on an 02 plate
 
good to hear u not had any major problems, can i ask how much does it cost u to fill and and how many miles u get???

have not had any problems but 2 of my friends have high mileage Audi A6 130bhp Tdi's n the other has a passat tdi.
the audis turbo failed and was an expensive job the idiot sold the T reg for £300.
the passat's turbo failed on motorway and then restarted after a while friend told me he was struggling to reach 60mph
 
about 27.00ish & that gives me about 420/430 miles.ive now stopped filling right to top as ive been told the is a leak at the top of my filling pipe so i now stop as soon as the pump trigger shuts off.
 
So what you're saying is that at 42k, mine isn't even run in yet! We have 3 cars between us, so we spread the mileage around.

Looking forward to another 150k, at least!
