How to reset intake manifold?

Hi all I want to reset my intake manifold on my 1.6FSI I was wondering what settings do I need to go into to reset it ? I have recently reset the throttle body. when you reset the throttle body does it reset the intake manifold at the same time as it’s all to do with airflow etc ?

If you mean the flap in the inlet manifold it operates via a vac servo and needs no adjustment...............but it can stick due to carbon build up...........the only real way to check is to remove the back half of the inlet manifold or use a endoscope type camera after taking off the throttle body. Carbon build up can also cause the servo valve arm to break and putting up a fault code.
