How to unlock the headlamp / headlight cable connector

I cannot figure out how to remove the cable connector from the headlight unit. Any tips?

these can best be found by doing a Google search with A2OC in the search
 
The rubber gasket keeps pressure on the locking tab. You need to push the connector hard against the light housing then release the locking tab, then comes off easily.

I found a review of a connector opening tool that also happened to show how to open the connector just by hand. My new bulbs are now in place and working. :)

Looks good . I struggled with my light connectors thought I would end up breaking them . Several generic versions of this tool on ‘popular auction site ‘. Might give it a try
