I'm looking for tires

I don't belong here, I don't own an Audi but, I am told the A2 has something I want. Tire size 145/80R14 on at least some models. Is that correct?

That size is entirely unavailable here in Canada but it is the nearest thing to the original tire size of the Morris Minor I have just bought. So, where do I get them?
