Actually, I've seen data from some 3L owners getting +100mpg
Audi stopped the A2 production after less than 8 years but BMW is still making i3s 10 years after launch. I might be tempted if they gave it a final battery uplift but I don't think that will happen (Covid and it's knock on impact I suspect).

Our i3 has been brilliant during the fuel crisis! There are many similarities in the feel of the i3 and A2 and I love them both for their superb innovative designs. Obviously the BMW is lightyears ahead (even after 8+ years of production), and makes a worthy successor. However, I am very excited to see if the promised all electric Audi A2 finally materialises, as that would make a picture perfect modern companion to the original.

Pine green fsi does 100 miles before it moves of the full mark, i'm of to Southampton in a bit on fishing business.
Just filled up my 1.2 today.... Last tank average was 3,12l/100km or 90,5 MPG(UK). Todays drivings (230km total) resulted in 2,8l/100km or 101 MPG(UK) but had wind helping most of the time. Edit: This was done after filling, so it counts into current tank average and did not help to lower previous tank average.
Usually cruise at 91-92km/h by GPS and plenty of 15km trips to city during last tank. Climate + power steering.
Plus had my first camera flash in 90 zone while passing slower cars at night... Still driving around with normal spoiler (have 1.6 rear window waiting for fitment, but lazyness wins always...).
Not complaining, especially since today got very cheap fuel too (from regular gas station, but cheaply)
