Installing AC in A2 14 pet .possible.?

It´s geting hot here in norway too. And i got only airvents. I wonder : is it a big job installing AC in this car? To what cost ?
The Dane has fitted Open Sky so some one must have fitted AC ??

I think this is one of the few cases where it would be less expensive to change your car rather than retro-fit aircon.
Audi only offered full climate control in the A2 and I reckon the parts alone would cost £2000 - £3000. Fitting would be a major job ( Adding Open Sky looks easy by comparison) and would probably cost more than the parts.

Maybe the German A2oc would confirm if my theory is right or not.

Don't forget there is an array of sensors that works for the climate control and they may not be fitted to your, so even if you are willing to pay for the parts (I echo spike's estimate), the job itself will be very complicated.
