Interior Trim Colours

Hello,

I'm a little confused about the interior trim colours. I recently bought a second footwell box on ebay in light grey, but when it's arrived its a slightly paler grey than my existing box and the rest of the interior plastics, carpets etc.

VAGparts list available colours as Platinum (light grey - which is what i thought i had), Dark Grey and Black (though these two are said to be quite similar). I know there was also a beige version.

Maybe my interior colour is Dark Grey after all but you certainly couldn't confuse it with black. My A2 is a 2001 car with cirrus cloth seats in grey...seems the most common interior in A2's and is my second with the same interior.

Not sure i'll keep the footwell box now!? Would look ok if there weren't two of them!

Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Oh it's ok...seems i have found the answer by looking back through older threads. Should've done that in the first place! Think my interior colour is in fact the Dark Grey? Will check on the sticker under the little oddment tray thing tomorrow....

Might think about selling on the second floor box though!?

That's what i'd seen when i searched back through previous posts...and convinced me of my Dark Grey colour! Thanks erstens
