the injectors are NOT the governing factor in the engine producing 75bhpJust a quicky, seems AMF injectors are same a ATJ/AJM 115 injectors so on that alone the math would be 86.25 unless the turbo is the governor??
Hi Paulthe injectors are NOT the governing factor in the engine producing 75bhp
Most TDI75's actually are near to 80BHP, the map on the ECU is the thing which sets the BHP value
The injectors are common to the 4 cyclinder PD engine 1.9lt and can be driven beyond thier rated values to around +18% before they start to go 'none linear'. This is the reason along with the increase in turbo boost pressure that the PD engines are able to be remapped to in excess of 100bhp
The ATL engine (tdi90) is fitted with bigger injectors which again with an increase in boost pressure allows the ATL engine to be remapped to in excess of 115bhp
Hope this clarifies the injector question
Cheers,
Paul
Have you read Section 10 of the TDI120 thread, including the text in red at the bottom of the post..?So to conclude would fitting 3x 130 injectors have any alterations on engine performance

TDI120: My New Engine
Four years ago, with 156,000 miles on the clock, I started needing to top up my car’s coolant every ten days or so. The conclusion was that my cylinder head gasket had gone. I think I was unlucky, because this isn’t a common problem with the 1.4 TDI. In replacing the head gasket, it was noticed...www.a2oc.net
Fitting higher-flowing fuel injectors without also increasing the supply of oxygen and adjusting the map is not a good idea. You'll over-fuel the cylinders.
