is there a solution for the quircky sounds from the doorpanel?

I guess because of the mileage, there are some sounds here and there in the car.
The most is in my doorpanel on my side. Where i rest my arm. I tried today spraying some silicone stuff around the corners of the panel. Unfortunately without succes.
Anyone have a golden tip?
 
the armrest is "glued" into the rest of the door. Short answer: No, I don't have a solution. You'll need to take it off and check exactly where the noise is coming from; you may well be "better" off replacing it. Alternative you might need to literally strip the panel.
