It's a game of whack-a-mole!

So, after passing the MOT with the replaced headlight, it came with a warning about an oil leak - and yes, on the elevator the engine undertray had visible oil on the outside.

(To add to the clutch seemingly being near the end and paint flaking out).

To recap my issues with this car regarding the oil system:

Three years ago: oil "plug" on sump worn, oil escaping due to bad sealing, put new sump.

Six months ago: oil light and metallic "tappet" noise on engine idle after 150 miles of highway. Oil seemed low, replenished it with oil bought at service station. Next morning while trying to check if I put too much oil %#&"%$# dipstick broke inside and wouldn't close again. Local garage got me a new dipstick and put semi-synthetic. (the horror! the horror!)

Two months later, Audi servicing was asked to look into the situation and said "faulty oil pressure sensor" - sensor replaced.

Now this: mention on the MOT of "transmission oil leak". What should I get ready for?
