L&R brake lights not working - center LED light OK??

Can anyone help? I've had a quick look on forum but cannot find answer. Problem is.. I need to use car midday for a break in Norfolk - so hoping someone is out there with a quick solution!
So,
L&R brake lights not working - center LED strip light is OK??
(All 3 lights have been working OK, and I've changed nothing)
Bulbs (L&R) appear to be OK (from looking at the filament) - so, are L&R bulbs on different fuse/circuit to LED?

Seems very strange to me, so anyone with a likely explaination please?

Many thanks
Norman

see attached, any chance to use 12v probe to see if voltage is there at bulb connector when brake pressed and centre light on?

Checked bulbs resistance with multimeter - OK
Checked fuse No 30 (Brake lights on my 1.6 FSI) - OK
Check for a voltage at the bulb cluster - Not OK (0V)

So looks like the Brake light wiring must split at some point to go to LED strip and go to the L and R clusters and maybe that where the trouble is. Searching for that now (but any more advice very welcome)
Just seen Robski and many thanks for wiring diagram. But it suggest that if the hi light (LED) works then L and R should also??
Back to the car!

all brake lights are after fuse/pedal switch/relay so if one works then Voltage should be there - is it? if bulbs ok, and voltage is there on brake press then ground issue or relay contacts wear? Led strip doesnt pull much load compared to 2x21W bulbs

You cannot believe how embarrised I am!
I checked the wrong bulbs - NEVER ASSUME YOU KNOW SOMETHING WHEN DIAGNOSING A FAULT -
and they had blown.
Thanks so much to those that tried to help this idioto_O My only excuse might be that I paniced at the prospect of having to travel all the way to Norfolk in the wifes Beetle!
Boy - will I be more careful when next inclined to use our wonderful forum.
