I've been an A2 owner for a little over 2 years and the ole' 2001 1.4 TDI/SE is coming up on 95,000 trouble-free miles (except for the ARB and an air conditioning pipe that developed a hole and had to be replaced at £450!).
I've been reading things on the website here about waterpumps and other stuff, but I've not had any problems with anything else and, other than the indicator telling me so, there's nothing with the car to tell me it even needs a service. This will be only it's 3rd or 4th service so far.
I'm wondering if there's a list anywhere of any of the known failures and other things I should look out for. I've searched the forum but haven't come up with anything.
