Loose cambelt cover

I was doing bits on the car as the mot is coming up, and wanted to check the cambelt too as 4 years change period is in this year. The car was on sorn for a long time before I bought it and as I have to spend money on other things now, I was thinking to leave it for next year as others reported like 5-6 years cambelt change, which isn't the best but should be alright as long as the belt is okay and I drive around 6K a year, which isn't too high either.
Anyway I've unlocked only 1 hook on the front to have a look, belt seemed fine, but when I'd put it back, it didn't stay in place and now there's like a loose 0.5-1 inch between the two parts. I can't see any other hook, just some flat bits fiddling on the back of the cover, but that doesn't seem like another lock. How can I out it back, so it fits tight as before? Thanks

Looks like there should be two clips

Thanks for reply, I'm not sure what 2nd step "remove plot V belt" means, but I have a look to see the second clip, it's difficult to see but hopefully that's gonna be the issue, cheers

The picture shows just one stage of the cambelt removal procedure and 'remove poly-V belt' just means remove the alternator belt.

Also found a pic of the cover showing the two clips
