Just had a letter this morning:

Service - £149 (standard Oil) or £180 (longlife)
MOT - £40
Puncture Repairs - FREE
Cambelt - £275 on A2, A3, A4, A6 and TT

All include VAT.

Last time they were challenged about matching Stoke Audi cambelt price they said the labour was more! Now they are on par.
 
Great news and it'll save me a trip down the M6 in October. Hopefully, it is the start of reasonable service costs which will be across the board soon and at all dealers.
