Most unusual A2

There was one on Autotrader about 3 years back that was in a full military camouflage paint job if I remember - looked a bit of a heap tbh.

There's a pickup project going on, down at Surrey Auto Works I think it is, you'll find it on Bookface. Audi themselves also let the apprentices build a pickup, I'm sure there'll be pictures on here somewhere. One of the A2 prototypes was a multi-use vehicle along the lines of a Pluriel. Lastly, not a vehicle as such, but there has been an A2 trailer, built by @Birchall, that's definitely on here.

Steve, that looks awesome. I had an Allroad back in 2006.... it went like the wind... absolutely loved it. An Independent garage made an absolute dogs knackers of the suspension..... they just did not understand how it worked and what position it should be when working on ramp. Could have cried..... probably did?

Wow, now is that not something. Would I have it..... O’h yes.
Will it ever be for sale?

The interior is even more special but I don’t have photos of that. The guy is a member on here, I don’t think it will be for sale, but who knows.

Not a lot of early all roads left now. A great barge of a car.

It’s mission in life was to tow my caravan all over Europe, it did a damn good job. A very understated V6, loved it. Funnily enough....... the A2 interior binnacle, red glow, symphony etc etc was a trademark of the Allroad........ Audi raiding parts bin for A2. Felt straight at home when I got the A2.

Indeed. I had an original Allroad back in the day. I used this in the snow of 2010 and it was unstoppable on the Vredesteins it was wearing. I now find I’m in need of a 4x4 again so have just bought another.

The colour storm A2 shares its roof and arch colour combo with the Allroad as well as general trim pieces. Love these things.

I’m told Dune One does not get used that much by its current owner, so you never know!
