My bolts are super tight! - Top rear shock absorber mounts

I've bitten the bullet and bought new bolts and a torque wrench.
Normally I'd probably not even think about replacing something like that and I'm sure most garages don't bother, but I had a read up and seems to be the best practice.

I have cleaned up the existing mounts, using warm water & white vinegar with a scourer.
