Need bigger loy's

Hello all, my a2 currently has 15"s on it and i would like to fill the arches a little more, can anyone tell me if i can get 18"s under those arches without any panel rubbing? I thing 19"s may be a bit extreme, also, do people lower thier a2's, the ground clearance isnt great, but i'm interested to find out

Hi, If you type in the 'search forums' section ,wheels and tyres, you should find some infomation.

17" is as big as you can go with a reasonable ride quality - 18" will fit but only with a 30 or 35 section tyre, which will put your back out/remove your fillings/destroy your alloys by bending them.

Have a look on the many threads, but I don't recommend it.
