Need new windscreen. Any pitfalls?

Maybe the 3.5 one will pull though the 2.8 mm hole. This hole will be 3mm dia but will have paint in it

Result if they will provide a sample

How much are they looking at for 100 off out of interest

Didn't get that far, we'd have to pay for tooling as well as an order for 500 plus!. I've ordered a couple of samples from another co, so will update when I receive them.
Mac.

Oh. Tooling will not be cheap
Let’s hope that the 3.5 mm one is suitable. As it’s rubber then a little too tight is not a mad thing. Clean the hole out with a 3mm drill first then lubricate the rubber ideally with rubber grease then pull it through from the inside outwards

Two and half years ago I glued ( with Araldite Rapid Epoxy Adhesive) two rubber pieces to the wiper arm. The car has done 46k miles and these two pieces are sitting as strong as on the first day (no separation).
