Hello people just purchased my first A2 1.4 petrol I will need all your collected knowledge when tackling forthcoming issues .I told a joke to my pals it went like this .On Wednesday night my wife's A6 2.8 quattro mated with my S2 and produced a baby yep an A2 I have wanted an A2 for years .The question remains which car gets retired? Answers please.Derek

The A2 will be an interesting and extremely useful car for a LONG time.

You certainly don't lose driving pleasure to get great economy, so to me the A2 is a keeper forever.

If someone asked me to drive around the world (jiust on the dry bits) and I could choose any car at all, I would choose the A2 every time.

So reliable (our 7 A2s are all tdi's), so comfortable, so economic, I really wouldn't choose anything else.

Thank you Steve I have had an A2 before but alas it was a courtesy car A6 in dock with engine trouble
