This is the wifes new car and she loves it only had it 3 days audi is such a quality car we was going to get a citreon c1 i am so jealous i am very tempted to swop my focus for a a2 sport 90 tdi in the summer.
Hi skipton ref wiper motor its a 51 plate car so i think it will be out of audi warranty.I will be replacing the wiper blade during the week then the relay then the motor as long as the relay is cheaper than the motor.

Regards Charlie.

Hi Charlie,

A new motor is £81 and a relay is £24, so it would be cheaper to replace the relay.

However, I really think that the problem is caused by the motor overheating and so cutting out. As a rule, relays don't do this, they either work or they don't.

Cheers,

Mike
