Noise coming from underneath when closing doors or tailgate

Sounds to me like something is loose underneath, maybe a heat shield? Has anyone ever had a similar issue, it sounds like a metal sheet is trembling for about a second.

More than likely a heat sheild, try the one by the rear left wheel that's covering the fuel filter, mine was damaged where it fixed to the outer body, I used Bluetak!
