Oil Leak

I have a stubborn oil leak from what looks like the rocker cover a new rocker cover gasket has not solved the problem, do we think this could be the tandem pump seal ?

Got an oil leak myself and seems it starved the turbo so turbo went - so word of warning. Been cleaning my engine etc and seems coming from the back of engine possibly towards the top but can't figure out yet and can't disassemble properly yet as have another engine being delivered as spare tomorrow and need to move car etc. just be careful driving it around until is sorted.
