I have a 2002 A@ with a panoramic sunroof that is stuck shut and is leaking. when you press the button to open the motor just makes a load noise as if its trying to go. What do you recommend I am not very mechanically minded. But I would like to keep the car. I am retired and live just outside Southampton. Any help would be apprecia

@maryh we are only an hour from you, straight down the M3. Have a read of the link Andy kindly posted and let us know if this is of interest.
It’s difficult at the moment with the travel restrictions, but we’ll be up and running again soon hopefully.
One question, how do you know the roof is leaking? Are you sure it’s not the boot vents that are leaking?

Fingers crossed our grey car does not develop an OSS ( glass roof) problem but if it ever does i can see a visit to kleynie as i have read lots of great stuff on here on the service he offers with the OSS. our glass roof grey car is in the garage for the winter to give it a chance from ingress of snow salt etc and it may last the distance whilst in our ownership without failure.
