Well bound to happen I guess... 3rd time in 2,5 years lost all my brake lights last night due to said same switch going bust AGAIN! (For those of you that don't know, on the TDi the glow-plug light will just start flashing to tell you that the car needs to urgently go to dealer... won't tell you that all the brake lights are gone and the 20 TON truck behind will have NO idea that you are stopping... nope... but it will kindly say you have no water in your windscreen washer bottle... that is safety for you Audi style...)

Anyways: after "kindly" only charging me 30 minutes labour (though I sat for an hour) on a £5 part (total £56) mr Parts tell me "oh and this bit is covered for 2 years as long as you keep servicing your car with Audi"... that so I ask. So why indeed am I paying since you replaced said same bit less than a year ago? A few questions here and there and low and behold: parts fitted to your car under warranty do NOT have a 2 year warranty!!!!!!! I ask you where is the logic in that? Anyone else had the same problem?

By the way what would the cost to me have been had I purely called out Audi Assistance? Would they have fitted the part for free? Have only used them twice for punctures and they were great, but not sure how the parts/labour thing works?
