Hi everyone. Im wondering If it's possible to install single mass cluch from 130/150pd MK4 golf/A3/seat 240mm?

The impression I had was that this size is specific to the MQ350 (02M) gearbox casing used on the performance 1.9tdi variants, but don't quote me on it. Darkside do 228mm Sachs and other performance clutches for the 1.4tdi (02J (5sp) / 02S gearbox (6sp) ie for AMF, BHC etc.) which may be more suitable for what you are looking for, although the exact version required may need to be queried directly owing to the SMF / DMF requirements etc.

I have SMF and and jdd gearbox. Maybe from older VPE 1.9tdi should fit. I will do research

Have you read timmus's thread on his high power diesel engine?

Don't forget the 4 cyl VW flywheels don't have the integral offset counter balance weight which our 3 cyl flywheels use as part of the crankshaft dynamic balancing system.

Cheers Spike

Maybe I could take from polo/ibiza ecomotive 59kw.

If they use the latest 1.2 L 3 cyl engines the I think we checked this out a while ago and found the crankshaft has been changed considerably and now has counterweights on the crank throws. This allows the use of 'normal' 4 cyl type flywheels.

Cheers Spike
