Have you "upgraded" I.e. paid the tiny fee that allows you to post?

Click on your user name at the top menu bar and you will see "Upgrades" there.

It is not instant though, a moderator has to approve it first, then you will be good to go!!!

Yes, but the best way is to use your web browser on the phone rather than tapatalk etc. That way you should get most of the same links.

On my iPhone I just have to tap on my avatar (in your case the "purple C") at the top menu and then I get the link to account upgrade.
