Playing with VCDS lite.... Where to start with diagnosis

Managed to get is connected.
Fault codes-02:came up on it and this using readiness -15 optionView attachment 68399View attachment 68398
Hi. Sorry to state the obvious but did you clear the codes, then rescan? Old error codes will remain in memory until cleared. Some can be cleared by removal of battery connections.

When i was trying to get my fsi project running correctly i used a product called gumout injection cleaner and had very good results from it.

As a side note you are already seeing the limitations of VCDS lite unregistered - cut down diagnostics. To do more and see more registration fee will have to be paid. VCDS is not infallible and does have limitations in that if it does not know what it is looking for, then it does not know if it is having good data or not from the car. The A2 was slightly too niche market for Ross Tech to get all the information files on all the variants and in some cases uses a best guess or generic file. The 1.6 FSI engine parameters file being one example.
