pollen/pollution filter

Does anyone know where this is and how to change it? I think replacement filters can be bought from a decent spare parts firm here in the NE.

I am putting my recently bought car through the agency diagnostic check on Wednesday for £110 as its last Audi service was more than a year ago. It does the boom thing like all the rest it seems!!

I am also considering buying the collapsible spare wheel from them at £186 plus a cargo floor to go over it, as it sits and bolts on top of the tool tray box. In all about £300.00. the wheel un inflated is 16" diameter and 5" deep.

The pollen filter is behind a small panel which slides out beneath the passenger glove box next to the centre console.

Slide the main cover off, then behind is another cover which has two clips which you slide together to remove.

This then reveals the actual pollen filter which just pulls down and out.

Just make sure you refit the new filter in the correct flow direction as indicated on the filter frame and filter itself.
