Power windows problem. Auto + remote locking.

Hi!

Today a problem occured with my A2.
After a short drive with all the windows (more or less) open I stoped, turned off the engine, closed the Open-Sky and got out of the car.
I wanted to lock the windows using the remote, so I pressed the lock button, held it for a while and the doors and all the windows closed.
All except the drivers window (left side- Poland).
I opened the car, got in, turned on the ingnition and tried to close the drivers window.
After closing it it would open (about 15 cm). After a few tries it closed and everything seemed allright.
But after this incident two thing are not working:
1. Opening/locking the windows using the remote control (after holding the button just nothing happends)
2. Auto open/close of the drivers window, all other windows open/close automatically when pressing the button to the "step 2".

Has anyone an idea what might have caused this?

Get in the car. open and close the drivers door completely but only at "step1" (manual switch, position 1).
After that, the door should open automatically by pushing the buttom to step 2 and also close automatically in step 2 pulled position of the button.

The windows "learnes" by using position 1.
The other option is: You have a stiff window. There is a repair kit for that but clean the window, make it smoothe and try again.

Today morning it looks as if the problem has solved itself.
And so the drivers window opens/closes automatically and I can open/close windows using the remote.
But it still bothers me why did this problem occur at the first place...
