Pre MOT nerves

MOT due in less than a month,have already started tinkering with brakes and will go through a fairly thorough service replacing filters etc. before I present her for inspection. Is there anything I may have overlooked before the MOT?
This is her first test with me so I don't know what kind of problems to expect
 
Check the horn - Its caught me out on previous cars but must admit its always worked on my A2 which is now 10 years old. Also have a good look at the springs. I had a rear one break (the last 60mm of the bottom coil) and it was difficult to spot

Most cars fail on relatively basic items like, lights, brakes and steering/suspension joints.
