Privileges. How & where to find them.

How do I obtain "privileges"? I want to reply to summat placed on the Market section of the forum but apparently I don't "enough" of them. And I don't have a scooby how to get em!

I have checked and can find no reason you cannot respond.
It might be helpful if you could post a link to the item you wish to respond to, and advise the steps you are taking.
I assume you are trying to respond in the "Discussion" tab of an advert?

Hi, you need to click on the "Discussion" section of adverts in the MarketPlace items. You will be able to answer there :)
