Pro Boost FSI remap

The latest batch are back safe with me and on their way to their new homes. A very big thank you to @Stan2stan2 for all your help.

If anyone is considering having a ProBoost remap, I only need one more unit to be supplied to me in order to send the next batch off.

Please get in touch if you are intersted.
Just found this Steve. Ive PM'd you just now. Haven't read the whole 27 pages here but it looks like it just neuters the Fuel stratification and runs only the homogenous combustion? If i go ahead with the purchase, I might be the last unit.

Just a report on continued EML functionality post install: I've recently had the car spring an exhaust leak (the bolts holding the downpipe to the rear cat have essentially dissolved). In normal driving the car's more or less fine, but after using full throttle to join a dual carriageway the EML came on (presumably from ratios being out of whack). After driving some more and avoiding full throttle, it went off again. In other words, confirmation that functionality remains good and useful. I know we knew this anyway, but it's the first time it's been confirmed on my own car.

Strongly suggest a scan, (well, I would, wouldn't I ... ).
More likely to be the dual NOx/post cat lambda, (which is integral to the NOx sensor) in the rear NOx cat.
(The CO cat is attached to the exhaust manifold, so less likely to be affected by a loose rear section).
The combined NOx/post cat sensors are hard to find and £300+ when you do, so don't delay diagnosis and repair.
Without a scan, you can't be sure that the EML is exhaust related. EML is not just about emissions, serious engine issues also trigger EML, so best find out asap.
Mac.
PS: Although the NOx Sensor is mapped out by the ProBoost, the post cat Lambda, that is integral with it, is not.

******Pro Boost availability********

There were a batch of 6 units mapped by Pro Boost last week. 4 have been spoken for meaning that there are 2 units available should anyone be in need.

Please get in touch

Next batch after this will probably be towards the end of the summer early autumn.
