Project Pine Green 1.6

Well it looks like this project has now come to the end. Pine Green will be arriving to the Elan Valley social with its new owner.

I’m very proud to have turned it from what was potentially an end of life car into what it is today. There’s not a great deal left of the original car as about 80% of it has been swapped out :)

Here’s a final video

I see what you did there Steve, the tailpipe into the grid to give it the V8 warble 😉.
Top job once again and another A2 with life in it.

Evening Steve,

A massive thumbs up from Coalville mate. A truly outstanding result with this one. Exceptional work to create such a lovely useable aluminium friend for the next owner, who will enjoy this for years to come. Simply stunning A2.

Kind regards,

Tom

That has been a stunning projecr Steve, well done indeed. Itching to know the "who" like many others, breath is duly bated. There was a bit of conjecture being bandied about at Bealieu but if he knew he wasn't telling.

I will keep you in the loop with my n/s rear window repair, it would appear that these electric regulators are now effectively unobtainable. Working on a few solutions. A bit irritating as I only replaced both rears about three years ago!

Depronman does a repair kit for them, which I’ve been informed are very good and work great.

I have one of those here and I 'm hoping to have it fitted by someone who comes annually to Leighton Buzzard. Car lives outside and I have no facilities. (Or ability). There is another potential solution coming up, which I will try if the Depronman solution is not suitable for my affliction.

Many thanks, Steve.
