radio trouble help

hello
i have bought meself a nice audi a2 i have got all history with it only not the id number of the radio and the garage i bought it from told me they cant help me
is there anyone the know this code or know what to do
also how do i get it out of the car???

i think you could go to an audi dealer, given proof of legal ownership of the car, they should be able to give you the radio code.

I work with new Audi's and if the dealers work how we do they have to plug the car in, then go online and get the code from Audi direct

Or and its a long shot get some radio keys and pull the radio out as it maybe wrote on the back if its been removed before

i think i need those radio keys where can i get these
as my car has some damage its going to be fixed within 2 weeks but i allready what my radio to be fixed
so maybe i can go to the audi dealer with my documents and radio to get the code????
 
Radio code

The forum has covered how to get the code number before. Either book the car into an Audi centre and ask them to download the number, or pull the radio out, note its serial number on the back somewhere, and take that to the Audi centre probably with proof of ownership. Either way should be FOC.
