Rain water entering inside soaking up under front carpets

Hi can someone please help I have been getting the front of car carpets soaked with can only be rain water , where I have had to take them out to dry .
I have attached photos where the windscreen connects to bonnet pointing in red where I have siliconed it to see if that could be causing it. Attached few other photos aswell where I took carpet out passanger side .
I mainly noticed it over a month ago where my glove box was soaked as well and couldn't understand how water got in there. That seems to be ok but water still soaking up under carpet as no air getting to it difficult to dry.
Any thoughts tips can help

I am still having the problem of water going into footwell soaking up under the front carpet :-( , just waiting for weather to get better and check again as checked all of above.
