budget an afternoon. you could do it in an hour if you were quick and had done it before and had all the bits.
remember that the top shock mounts are INSIDE THE WHEELARCH BEHIND THE COVER and dont do what i did and strip the boot out to find this out.
check the bump stops first you will probably need the spring bump stops as these go bad easily and are very cheap. check the shock bump stops too as these are normally reused.The bottom coil of the foam stop is probably deteriorated by now, i just cut the bad bit off but it is best to replace it as this assists the spring under load.
drop the shocks then kick the springs out when the rear frame drops. stick the springs back then jack the frame to line up the bottom holes.
